Mr. Georgiou is a successful businessman with over 30 years of experience in the Restaurant and Hospitality sectors.

An Accountant with business experience, Mr. Theoharis has a financial advisor /broker background working for both Morgan Stanley and American Express Financial.

Manhattan Scientifics has enjoyed a "Special informal relationship" and a lengthy successful history in tech-transfer from the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) and the Sandia National Laboratory (SNL).

Dr. Rack received his B.S., M.S. and Sc.D in Metallurgy from MIT. Since 1985, Dr. Rack has been a Professor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Clemson University.
